Why Born Adventurers?
We've always been told that adventures are something you plan, buy into, or save up for. But our kids discovered pretty fast that adventure was right outside the door: a creek behind the house, a hiking trail at dusk, a road trip that took an unexpected detour through the redwoods.
Who We Are
We're a family who loves getting outside — whether that's packing up the SUV for a weekend hike, renting a farmhouse in France for two weeks, or teaching the kids how to pitch a tent without crying over it.
This site is our way of keeping track of those stories and sharing them with others who want the same thing: more time on trails, fewer boring weekends, and kids (and adults) who grow up thinking "adventure" is just what you do on a Saturday morning.
